What's inside

Natural grains, herbs & flowers. No water needed.

Every wrap is a sewn tube of natural grains. They take moisture from the air, so you never add water. The filling varies by model, so check your tag.

    A fabric cover holds the filling in and stays soft against your skin.

  2. 2Sewn channels

    Stitched sections hold the filling in place along the wrap.

    The grains hold heat from the microwave or cold from the freezer.

    Original wraps are filled with natural grains, herbs and flowers. The mix varies by model.

    The grains use moisture in the air to give moist heat, so there is no water to add.

Heating and use

  • Stay nearby while it heats

    Never leave it unattended while heating.

  • Check for hot spots

    Press along the wrap and make sure it is warm, not hot, before use.

  • Shift it as you go

    Move the wrap during use so heat does not sit on one spot.

  • Keep it off your eyes

    Never place a heated pack over the eyes.

Cleaning

  • Wipe with a damp cloth

    Clean the cover with a damp cloth only.

  • Never soak or machine wash

    Do not soak it or put it in a washing machine.

Replacing

  • Replace when worn

    Replace it if it smells burnt or the fabric is damaged.
