What to check on the listing

  1. Model number. Look for BBF1998-12 for the Original. The 2-Pack is BBF8000-02. See how to find your model number.
  2. Pack size. Listings are offered as single wraps, 2-Packs and 3-Packs. Make sure the count is what you want.
  3. Scent. Original-style wraps come in unscented and scented versions. Check the variant selected before you add to cart.
  4. Who sells it. The listing shows who sells and ships the item. This matters for returns.
  5. Product type. Our range also includes pillows and a weighted blanket. They are not microwavable. Choose a wrap if you want a heat pack.

Prices

We do not list prices here because they change on Amazon. The listing always shows the current price.

Returns and support

We do not set a single return window for every order. Returns, refunds and replacements follow the policy of the seller on your Amazon order. Check your order page for the details that apply to you.

For questions about how a specific model works, Carex customer service publishes a number on its product pages: 800-526-8051. That is the Carex line, not a line operated by this site.

Tip: Keep the tag and packaging of your wrap. The tag has the model number and heating instructions you will want later.
